Applicants may share a link to a resume or send one by email. Resumes are used only for recruitment. Please do not share documents containing patient health information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

This website is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient or resident health information through our forms.

Where IPAN provides services to covered entities that involve PHI, those activities are governed by separate agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where required. This website itself is not represented as HIPAA compliant.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
